The Shell Graduate Program provides graduates with an industry-leading development framework through hands-on roles and challenging assignments.  The Graduate Program is designed to offer you the training, opportunities, and support your need to develop your leadership skills and form the foundation of a remarkable career.

  • 1 role in Shell Trading and Supply

·        1 role in Motiva (Supply & Logistics Business Development)

Supply Chain graduates will experience a three year development program which includes two rotations that combine on-the-job learning with formal training opportunities. You’ll be given stimulating, hands-on roles and get the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our company values, develop your knowledge with structured learning, and broaden your experience on groundbreaking projects, all while supported by an excellent mentorship program.

Application Requirements

·        To be eligible for an Internship, you should be an actively enrolled student who will complete at least one more semester of education following your internship.

·        To be eligible for Graduate full-time opportunities, you should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of work experience.

·        You must have a minimum Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of3.20.

·        Candidates for regular U.S. positions must be a U.S. citizen or national, an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee, asylee, temporary resident, or an individual who possesses valid work authorization.  Individuals with temporary visas (H-1, H-2, J-1, F-1, etc.) or who require sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for hire.

Step 1 – Online Application

·        Apply online atwww.shell.us/students and create an account.

·        Enter your contact details, select ‘Other’ in response to ‘Where you found out about this Shell opportunity’. Click ‘Next’, then type in LinkedIn.

·        Attach the latest version of your résumé and a copy of your unofficial transcript.

·        Please review the Shell Business Areas document (accessible in application) to understand and wisely determine your career area of interest.  The business area description contains the:

o   Majors/Field of Study Considered

o   Degree Levels Required

·        A short questionnaire completes the online application.

 Step 2 – Online Assessment

·        If successful during the application step, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to complete the online assessment. You have7 working days to complete assessment.

·        The assessment consists of two parts:

o   Part 1 is a series of non-timed competency-based questions. This takes around 30 minutes to complete. If you pass this section of the assessment you will be sent a separate e-mail to complete Part 2.

o   Part 2 involves a decision-making task where you will not be timed and a problem-solving task which does have a time limit. In total, this assessment should take around 45 minutes to complete.
